Included is a full kitchen with all the utensils and appliances for a home cooked meal, back porch for sipping your morning coffee in the KEURIG or hot cocoa anytime of year. Blackberry Patch is ready for you to come, relax, and enjoy yourself! Come relax in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. We have 3 queen sized beds for you to comfortably enjoy. Guest access Blackberry Patch has a full kitchen, laundry room, covered carport and ample driveway parking, HDTV streaming capabilities with Netflix, ESPN+, Disney+, Peacock & more provided, and fiber optic high speed satellite internet. Pets are always welcome! Firewood is available on request for a $10 fee. Other things to note We are a privately owned home and are not part of the Mountain Top Inn and Resorts. Therefore, our guests do not have access to their amenities such as: the swimming pool any other common areas. Neighborhood highlights: Nestled in the Appalachian Mountain Range. We really enjoyed the cabin. We had 4 adults and one 9-year old. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us. We were able to do some hiking but the weather was overcast so we had to stay inside the cabin quite a bit. It was convenient to where we were visiting (FDR State Park, Pine Mtn) so we were able to run back and forth as we wanted to. It was big enough. We brought our games we got for Christmas and enjoyed playing them. We had a great time.

We had an amazing stay. Blackberry Patch made our family time so much fun. We roasted hotdogs for dinner and then had Smores all around the fire pit in the back yard. The provided family games were a bit hit, Jumbo Jenga was our favorite! The kitchen had all the necessary needs. A stocked coffee area is always appreciated. We would definitely book The Blackberry Patch cabin again.

We can't thank the hosts enough. It was like being at home and we enjoyed every moment! This was the kids first time out of Florida and they absolutely loved it!!! Easy to find, driveway a little steep (for someone from flat Florida!) but paved. On a main road, but road not busy, we walked up and down and only saw a few cars. Quiet neighborhood of like-cabins. Great location, easy to get to trails, and cute little towns with boutiques, antiques and restaurants. Hosts are great communicators, cabin was clean and just like pictures.

This was a great weekend getaway to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. The cabin was spotless clean. We loved it so much we have rented it again to bring our kids to. Wonderful time!!!

Beautiful cabin, so peaceful, and close to everything we wanted to do. Fireplace is a bonus, I LOVE a fire! Great communication from Justin; from time of booking, all the way to check/out. Thank you for a memorable girls weekend with my daughter and granddaughter.
